Stayed there as a return hotel going home very disappointed as I also had two dogs... room smelled awlful and had holes in carpet remote to tv didnt work and the microwave didnt work either POOOR Will never stay in a RAMADA again... Awlful

The hotel was clean with amiable and accommodating staff, it was a fantastic base for stopover. The location was favourable, close to some of the amazing attractions Florence has to offer. Bar Fatz Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Small room for 3-4 persons . Beds were not comfortable . Provided contenantal breakfasts only . No enough staff working.

Couples looking for a headache
After switching rooms, the second one we got was much better. Kevin at the front desk was really nice and helpful, even though the first room felt more like a horror movie set with a plunger in the tub and a phone that didn't even work.
Not cheap, but still acceptable for what we experienced.

Near highway.
Not even close to the advertised 4-stars (unless on a scale of ten). Old, dated motel (not hotel), '70s-era furnishings and fixtures, noisy window air conditioner. Inside the room (#263), peeling wallpaper, cigarette burn on toilet seat (non-smoking room!), stains on chairs, strong smell of air freshener/disinfectant to greet your arrival. Should be 2=stars at best. First and last stay at a Ramada.
